Overview
Just a few things you should check before you start doing this. First off please make sure you have read the How to start, FAQ's & Custom Guides pages if you are new.
These are my referral links, which means every time you click I get some money also. The money doesn't come from your account however and you can actually earn more money if you join as my referral (Check the My 50% offer to you page).
Sustainability in PTC's
Whether a PTC site will stick around or not can be determined by several things, one of the leading factors is the sustainability of a site. Sustainability in short basically means is the site is making enough money from advertising alone to be able to pay you? Here is a simple formula you can use to determine this (The true determination of if a site is sustainable or not is a lot more complex then this formula but it's a simple guide to whether the site will end up running away or not).
Basically you get how much the site pays you per ad you click plus how much the site pays the person who referred you per ad you click mutliplied by 1000 and that's the max amount of money the site has to pay it's members to click the ad 1,000 times assuming the person who purchased the ad paid for it to be seen 1,000 times. (Obviously some sites have varying amounts of ads which pay differently and not everyone who clicks was referred by someone but you get the general idea).

Once you've figured out how much a site has to pay per 1,000 click ad you check to see how much the site sells a 1,000 click ad for then:
(Money made from the sale of a 1,000 click ad) - (cost of paying members to click that ad) = Profit/loss
If the site is making a loss from the advertising alone then they usually make it up somewhere else like in the sale of referrals and premium upgrade packages which classifies the site as a ponzi scheme and not a PTC site. Once the sales of these packages dry up the site can no longer afford to pay people and therfore runs away. While I do my best to provide you with sustainable sites I will occasional join less sustainable sites from time to time as not all "ponzi schemes" (but the majority) will run away in the short term and if you know what you're doing you can profit from it but I don't recommend you try to do so unless you have a moderate to advanced degree of PTC knowledge.
Time to use one of these sites to test this out and determine if the site sustainable or not.
LinkGrand
Cost to pay members to click a 1000 click ad
$0.003 + $0.0009 x 1000 = $3.90
Site profitability
$5 - $3.90 = $1.10
As you can see this site makes money every time someone buys a 1,000 click ad for it's members to click and therfore are able to pay each and everyone of it's members so you can be sure it will stick around for a long time (LinkGrand has been around for years unlike many other sites that end up running away in less then 3 months of opening.)
[Fast facts] Descriptions of sustainability levels
In the fast facts section of each site there is a part called sustainability level and this section explains those levels.
High Risk
The site is losing a lot of money every time someone buys a 1000 click ad and all the members click it. Usually these sites need to sell referral and premium upgrade packages to be able to pay it's members and once these stop the site will most likely run away. With these sites you can make more money the the other two types of sustainability but unless you know what you're doing you won't profit a lot so these are more recommended for those who are dedicated, knowledgeable and are prepared to walk away before it's too late.
Estimated maximum life span: 1-3 months
Moderate Risk
The site is only losing a small amount of money every time someone buys a 1000 click ad and all the members click it. The same applies in regards to the sale of referral & premium upgrade packages as High Risk sites but usually since the loss is minimal or subsidised somehow they tend to last a lot longer but still run the risk of failing due to the sustained losses made. You can almost earn as much as High Risk sites and are recommended for medium to advanced users as you tend to have a bit more time to work on building yourself up before the site could run away.
Estimated maximum life span: 1-6 months
Low Risk
The site is actually making a profit from it's advertising sales so it can afford to pay it's members to click the ad. Sales of referral & premium upgrade packages aren't the sole or main source of income for the site so if these are slow the site won't be in the shit and can still pay it's members. Recommended for novice's and pro's alike.
Estimated maximum life span: 1-12 months and beyond

I was with this site quite a while ago but it just became run down after a while. The new owner seems great and things are improving. International members (excluding Asia) are welcomed back and the view ads has returned also. I'm still figuring out all the functions and navigability of the site but it seems good.

Even though I'm new to this site it's one of the best one the web. Besides being sustainable they have many innovative features. One of those is being a easy to use and secure custom made script which is programmed in ColdFusion so you know they have put effort into this site and will be sure to keep it up for a long time.

This is a nice site, too bad I don't see a future for it say 6 months down the track. It has plenty of ads and the cash-out is easy to get to.

Dollarbux is pretty much like bux2you except they tend to have a few more ads and their minimum cash-out is a lot higher.

This is an interesting site. They have put sustainability above profit which is unusual for a PTC site. They have plenty of different ad (of different types) daily and many other ways to earn also. The minimum cash-out is nice also. This site can be confusing to navigate and to use in general though.

This is another site that has put sustainability above profit and as a result have been around for many more years then other PTC sites. Although they don't pay as much as the other sites once you do reach cash-out you get paid very quickly. You also get paid if someone you referred by advertising (which can be at least $1+ for you) and there are usually many ads to click. Another nifty feature is that when you view an ad it appears in the same window so if you're like me and you view ads at several sites at once it makes it a lot easier to manage.

Advercash... What can I say about Advercash? It's had it's ups and downs but it's still around. Recently they've had to make some changes to become more sustainable but it's still a good site. They are many ways of earning from clicking ads, doing offers and a feature called AdverBusiness which I think is pretty cool.
